Description

The pride of the Maison Feyel, our Goose Rillettes are made from 100% pure goose meat. The goose meat is slow-cooked for several hours before being delicately mixed with its cooking juices so as to bring out all the flavours.

Chef's tips

Rillettes are perfect for cold starters, served with toasted country bread. Easy to spread, there is nothing to stop you using them to make delicious sandwiches for an improvised picnic.
