Chef's tips

To accompany this gourmet product, we suggest a Pinot Gris, a robust wine, round and long in the mouth, whose aromas will complement your Duck Foie Gras perfectly.
A red wine like a Médoc, a Madiran or a Cahors will also work perfectly with an Alsatian Foie Gras.
Serve with a Gewurztraminer jelly and a spoonful of fig confit with Szechuan pepper or dried fruit compote.
