Feyel's chefs propose a new gastronomic combination, Foie Gras and Alsatian Muscat. This aromatic dry wine, specially selected by our sommelier, emphasises the authentic flavour of the Duck Foie Gras.

Chef's tips

You can serve it with untoasted country bread, a few grains of sea salt, a few fresh figs, or dried fruit compote. They will make for an attractive presentation without overwhelming the subtle flavour of your Foie Gras.
