This whole Goose Foie Gras, a product brought out specially for the bicentenary of the Feyel brand, is made with premium quality ingredients: a top quality Goose Foie Gras, a powerful Alsatian wine, a Gewurztraminer Selection of Noble rot, and the heart of a truffle of one of the most noble and flavoursome species: the Périgord black diamond. The livers are prepared by hand by our chefs, marinated for 12 hours and cooked at a low temperature (60°) to give the Foie Gras all its finesse and smoothness.
The aromas of ripe fruit in the wine, combined with the flavour and the melt-in-the-mouth texture of the truffle, enhanced by the house blend of 13 finely ground spices, make for an exceptional Foie Gras recipe.
