Description

Feyel's smoked Duck Breast, with its pronounced character, is prepared in the traditional Alsatian way. It is seasoned with salt and a subtle blend of 13 spices, then delicately and slowly cold smoked with beechwood for over 24 hours, which gives it a very specific taste much appreciated by lovers of fine food.
