The Chefs at the Maison Feyel have applied all their know-how to bring you these delicious sliced confit poultry gizzards: seasoned with salt and a subtle blend of spices, they are then gently simmered for more than 2 hours in duck fat.

The gizzards can be reheated in the oven or in a frying pan to add to mixed salads and gourmet platters.
