Skewers of avocado and smoked duck breast with pepper

Ingredients

For one avocado:

  • 1 avocado cut into cubes
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon, slightly salted
  • 100g smoked duck breast with pepper

Directions

Dip the avocado cubes in lemon then  wrap a strip of smoked duck breast with pepper round them.

Put them on a skewer.

Chef's Tips

These skewers can be served with sweet hot chili sauce.
