For one avocado:
- 1 avocado cut into cubes
- Juice of 1/2 lemon, slightly salted
- 100g smoked duck breast with pepper
Dip the avocado cubes in lemon then wrap a strip of smoked duck breast with pepper round them.
Put them on a skewer.
These skewers can be served with sweet hot chili sauce.
