Country boiled egg with smoked duck breast soldiers


  • 4 eggs
  • 200g sandwich bread
  • 75g butter
  • 100g smoked duck breast


Take 4 thin slices of sandwich bread.

Cover 3 of them with soft butter.

Arrange slices of smoked duck breast on top of the bread.

Superpose the layers of bread.

Press the layers together, then cut up to form layered soldiers.

Boil the eggs for 4 min 30 sec.
